1. Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for processing the data collected on this site is Citála (BrosLabTech), domiciled in San Salvador, El Salvador. For any question about this notice you can write to hola@citala.lat.
Citála Health is in pre-launch. This site is informational, and its only data collection function is the early access form.
2. What data we collect
When you complete the early access form, we collect only:
- Full name.
- Health specialty.
- Practice size (individual professional, group or polyclinic).
- City.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- The tool you currently use to schedule.
We do not collect patient data through this site. We do not ask for national ID numbers, professional board registration numbers, financial data or clinical information about anyone.
3. What we use it for
- To contact you about early access to Citála Health and arrange a demo.
- To understand which specialties and practice sizes to prioritize at launch.
- To let you know when the product becomes available and what the terms are for your practice.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising or for automated profiling with legal effects.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or transfer your information to third parties for commercial purposes. We share data only with the infrastructure and email providers we need to operate the service (server hosting and transactional email provider), and only to the extent necessary to provide it.
We may disclose information where there is a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep the form data for as long as the pre-launch process and any subsequent business relationship last, or until you request its deletion.
6. How we protect it
The site and the API are served over HTTPS/TLS, the database is isolated from other Citála products, administrative access is by username and password, and automatic daily backups are performed. These are the technical measures implemented or in progress; we claim no certification. We will publish the full security policy before general launch.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and object to receiving our communications. Just write to hola@citala.lat from the email address you registered with. We handle these requests within a reasonable time and at no cost.
This notice is designed with El Salvador's Personal Data Protection Law in mind and will be reviewed by legal counsel before general launch.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie we store is “citala_lang”, which remembers the language you chose (Spanish or English) for one year and is shared only among Citála sites. If we add an analytics tool in the future, we will say so on this page before enabling it.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the product evolves. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page.
