The problem

What is costing your practice time and money today

We spoke with 34 practices and polyclinics in the San Salvador metropolitan area. These three things came up in almost every one.

8%

of appointments are no-shows

Nobody calls, and the slot sits empty. It is the number one invisible cost of a private practice.

6 min

looking for a patient file

A paper folder, an appointment book and a separate notebook for allergies. Meanwhile, the patient waits.

3 locations

and a single paper schedule

In a polyclinic with several professionals, knowing who is seeing patients where and when comes down to a phone call.

How it works

Three steps, one afternoon of work

  1. 01

    We load your schedule

Send us your appointment book for the next two weeks and your hours per location. We enter it into the system for you.

  2. 02

    Reception works on the tablet

Schedule, confirm and collect payment from a single screen. The medical history stays out of their reach, by design.

  3. 03

    You just open the chart

Allergies at the top, history alongside, a SOAP note in two minutes with the patient still sitting across from you.

What is included

Six things you handle today with a phone and paper

One schedule for the whole polyclinic

Several professionals and several locations on the same screen, with all seven appointment statuses in view.

No-shows are reminded automatically

A message the night before and another two hours ahead. The patient confirms with one tap and you see it instantly.

Patient records with allergies at the top

Demographics, history, medications and attachments. Whatever could hurt someone comes first, in red.

A SOAP note in two minutes

Structured vital signs and quick-text templates for what you write every day.

QR check-in at reception

The patient arrives, shows their code and appears in the waiting room. No more names jotted on a sheet.

Reports you can actually read

No-shows, schedule occupancy, new and returning patients, and revenue by location and by month.

Coming next

In development

AI-powered virtual assistant

An artificial intelligence program, not a person, that attends to your patients on WhatsApp at any hour: it answers common questions and books, reschedules or cancels appointments following your practice's rules. You see every change on the schedule instantly.

We are building it together with the first practices. We will let you know when you can try it, not before.

Security and privacy

Your patients' history belongs to you. Here is how we protect it.

We describe our measures exactly as they are, with no embellishment: we would rather you ask than assume.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

TLS 1.3 connections across the whole product and a database encrypted with AES-256. Backups are encrypted too.

  • Permissions by role, not by trust

Reception schedules, confirms and collects payment. The clinical history never appears on their screen.

  • A log of who viewed what

Every time a record is opened, it is logged with user, date and time. You can review it whenever you want.

  • Your data leaves when you say so

A full export of records and schedule in an open format, without asking permission and at no cost.

We do not yet hold ISO 27001 certification or an external audit: we are in pre-launch and it would be false to claim otherwise. When we have them, they will appear here with a date.

Pricing

We have not published prices yet, and we would rather say so

We are settling the price with the first practices to join. It will be a monthly fee per active professional, with no setup cost and no one-year contract. The first 20 practices keep their price for the first twelve months.

Pricing being defined Tell us how you work today

We reply within two business days.

Frequently asked questions

What we always get asked

What if my internet goes down?

The day's schedule stays saved on the tablet, so you can keep seeing who is next. Whatever you write syncs when the connection comes back.

Do I have to migrate my old patient files?

No. Start with the schedule and fill in each record as you see patients. If you like, upload photos of the old paper files as attachments.

Can my receptionist see diagnoses?

No. Their screen is designed separately: contact details, appointments and payments. The clinical history is not there, not hidden and not behind a password.

Does it work on a computer, or only on a tablet?

Both, with the same account. The tablet is where we think about the product most, because it is where most people work between one patient and the next.

Do reminders go out over WhatsApp?

By text message from day one. WhatsApp is in the works, and we will tell you when it is ready, not before.

Who is behind the product?

BrosLabTech, the same team behind Citála, the scheduling app used by salons and barbershops in El Salvador since 2023.
