1. What this site is

health.citala.lat is the informational site for Citála Health, a product of Citála (BrosLabTech), El Salvador. Citála Health is in pre-launch: what is described on this site corresponds to a product under construction and may change before general availability.

2. Joining the early access list

Completing the early access form does not create an account, does not create any payment obligation and does not guarantee access to the product. It is an expression of interest. We reserve the right to enable access in groups, according to specialty, location and our capacity to provide support.

You declare that the information you submit is truthful and that you are authorized to represent the practice or clinic you indicate.

3. Pricing and future terms

No prices have been published to date. The “preferential terms” mentioned for those who join early access will be defined and communicated in writing before any contract. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

4. Use of the site

• You may not use the site to send patient information or third parties' clinical data.
• Mass automated form submissions and any attempt to compromise the service are not permitted.
• The trademarks, text and graphic elements of this site belong to Citála.

5. Nature of the product

Citála Health is an administrative and clinical documentation tool. It does not issue diagnoses, does not replace the professional judgment of whoever uses it, and is not a medical device. Responsibility for the clinical content recorded, for the prescriptions issued and for compliance with professional obligations rests entirely with the health professional using it.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Salvadoran law, Citála is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this informational site.

7. Privacy

The processing of the data you submit is governed by our Privacy notice.

8. Governing law and contact
